Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 26, 2026

In short

The only personal data this website collects is what you choose to send us — your name, email address, and message through the contact form, or just your address if you ask us to tell you when we publish something. We use each for that purpose and nothing else. No cookies, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking of any kind.

1. Who we are

Pravshi (“we”, “us”) is an independent, remote-first software studio based in India. This policy describes how we handle personal data on this website, pravshi.com.

2. What we collect

We collect personal data in exactly one situation: when you submit the contact form. That submission contains:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • The message you write to us

Browsing this website requires no account. We set no cookies and use no analytics tools, advertising pixels, or fingerprinting of any kind. Like any website, ours is served by a hosting provider (Vercel) that records standard technical request logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability; we do not use those logs to identify or profile visitors.

Separately, if you ask us to tell you when we publish something new — for example through the “Notify me” link on our Journal — we keep the email address you send us for that purpose.

3. Why we collect it

We use your contact form details for a single purpose: to read and respond to your enquiry. We do not profile you, and we never sell or rent personal data to anyone.

If you have asked to hear about new writing or releases, we use your address only to send those occasional announcements. We do not add anyone who has not asked, and every message includes a way to stop. You can also opt out at any time by emailing contact@pravshi.com, and we will remove your address on receipt. We keep it until you ask us to stop, and no longer.

4. How your message reaches us

Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox (contact@pravshi.com) via Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that acts as a processor on our behalf. Your message is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and is not used by us for any purpose other than delivery.

Because Web3Forms processes and briefly stores submissions on infrastructure that may sit outside India, sending us a message may involve a transfer of your data across borders. We rely on that provider's own safeguards for the transfer. If you would rather not use the form, you can always email us directly at contact@pravshi.com instead.

5. How long we keep it

Your message stays in our mailbox for as long as reasonably needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. If you would like it deleted sooner, ask us and we will remove it.

6. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — at any time and free of charge. Email contact@pravshi.com and we will act on your request promptly, in line with applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

7. Our products

This policy covers this website only. Hallune is a separate product with its own account system, and anything you write there is handled by that product, not by this page. For how Hallune handles your account and the dreams you record, see Hallune's privacy policy.

8. Changes to this policy

If our practices change — for example, if we ever add analytics or new forms — we will update this page and revise the “last updated” date above before the change takes effect.

9. Contact
